Niamh and Eithne were trained up on #Empatheyes last week with thanks to Angel Eyes NI in Belfast. This VR kit gives a real idea of what visual impairment feels like for our children daily. How it affects them in the classroom, the playground and out and about in town. This immersive experience has proven a game changer for those supporting children and young people with vision loss for Angel Eyes NI. Really understanding the impact leads to meaningful solutions and that’s what we need.
