We had a wonderful day in Griffith College hearing from Mark Pollock, Bobbie Hickey, Caoimhe Grogan, Shane Early and Helena Mollogan. 115 lucky people got to hear these 5 speak honestly on the challenges they have encountered , but also their funny, honest and practical solutions to these issues. We also got to meet service providers, other parents, tutors, teachers, young people and some very patient guide dogs, Winter, Gaston, Mossy and Josie.
Leargas joined us to launch our guide for 3rd level disability offices and lecturers also.
A very busy day for everyone involved. Thanks to all who came. Thanks to our volunteers too.
