Our Bookshare Webinar on Tues 14th March had a fantastic turnout. Bookshare is a digital library that is free to anyone with a print disability. Bookshare has a huge number of primary and post primary school books in its library as well as fiction and books for 3rd level. In this webinar Lina gave a live walkthrough of logging in and downloading books as well as answering our parents questions. Daniel, tech guru from NCBI spoke about how to get the best from our kids tablets, using the built in accessibilty features and using Bookshare on the tablets for home and school work.
